Sunset...i waited for....while hiking on the way back one hot july evening ...yes hot july evening.....2005 was very strange year....as many years as i have experienced colorado rockies i have never seen this warm at 8000 feet.....well i captured a tree silhouette at the sunset

As I was on my way down the canyon road Hwy 34 from Estes Park,CO and sun was slowly disapearing near dusk,i felt need to capture this beautiful scene...Magnificient vew....This photo low resolution for viewing only....Please contact me for higher resolution. On the last day before i left Rockies this may,2006 i was tenting in the wildeerness....armed with all the photo gear i could ever have, i was awakened by the noises. I woke my friend and we went outside to see whats going on...zIt was no more but owl...beautiful moonshine i said to the friend....I ran into the tent grabbed my tripod and camera and aimed at the moonlight....wasnt gona make to much noises so i dont awake bears and elks....i took few shots....went back to sleep...Well i almost forgot about these photos....so i had a glimpse at it today....and here i am.....150 miles near Grand Tetons National Park....be there tomorrow and will bring out the beauty of my loupe...Chao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
